I offer individual psychotherapy for children, youth, teens and adults in a supportive, compassionate, non-judgemental space. My approach is rooted in connection, safety, and helping you feel truly seen and understood.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, overwhelm, emotional regulation or simply feeling stuck, we will work together at your pace to support meaningful and lasting change.
Services

Children (6-12 years old):
Support is tailored to your child’s developmental needs using age appropriate strategies to help with emotional regulation, anxiety, behaviour and building coping skills. Caregiver involvement is incorporated when appropriate.
Youth & Teens:
A safe space to explore emotions, identity, friendships, school stress, anxiety and self-esteem. I aim to build strong, trusting relationships with your youth while supporting them in understanding and expressing their experience.
Adults:
Support for anxiety, depression, overwhelm, burnout, identity shifts and life transitions. This includes the transition into parenthood. Together, we will explore patterns, build insight and develop tools to help you feel more grounded and aligned.
