I support children, teens & young people who may be struggling with big emotions, identity, or the pressures of growing up in today’s world.

Anxiety, stress, or school related challenges
Low mood or loss of motivation
Emotional regulation difficulties
Self-esteem and identity concerns
Navigating friendships, family dynamics or life transitions
I am to create a space where youth feel safe, heard and supported, at their own pace.
