I work with individuals who are navigating the messy, meaningful, and sometimes overwhelming parts of life, who want a space where they feel truly seen, supported & understood.

Teens & Youth

I support children, teens & young people who may be struggling with big emotions, identity, or the pressures of growing up in today’s world.

This might look like:

  • Anxiety, stress, or school related challenges

  • Low mood or loss of motivation

  • Emotional regulation difficulties

  • Self-esteem and identity concerns

  • Navigating friendships, family dynamics or life transitions

I am to create a space where youth feel safe, heard and supported, at their own pace.

Anxiety & Low Moods

You don’t need a specific label or diagnosis to benefit from therapy.

You might be:

  • Feeling constantly “on edge” or overwhelmed

  • Overthinking everything & struggling to turn off your mind

  • Noticing patterns in your relationships or reactions

  • Wanting healthier coping tools and emotional balance

Together, we can make sense of what you’re experiencing and find ways to move forward

Women & Mothers

Whether you are in pregnancy, postpartum, or years into motherhood, you may be feeling anxious, touched-out, over whelmed or like you’ve lost yourself along the way.

You might be:

  • Struggling with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or constant worry

  • Feeling overstimulated, burnt out or emotionally drained

  • Navigating identity changes and wondering “who am I now?”

  • Experiencing guilt for needing space or support

  • Trying to balance being everything for everyone
